Wine & Sweets - 02/10/2012
Friday Feb. 10th 5pm to 7pm join Pacific NW Best Fish for “Wine & Sweets”. We will be hosting a wine tasting featuring “Pyrenees Vineyards” and yummy sweets provided by “Suburban Contessa”.

Back by popular demand – “Cooking with Seafood” featuring Chef Muffin.
Starting Monday, March 19th, Pacific NW Best Fish & Chef Muffin will be offering cooking classes with the focus being on seafood and all its yummy yet healthy combinations.
Join us every month, 3rd Monday, from 6pm to 9pm as Muffin the “Le Sous Chef” temps us with her amazing seafood recipes.
Classes are $50.00 per person and include cooking demo by Chef Muffin, tasting of the main dinner entrée, side dishes and dessert.
Wine by the glass may also be purchased for you to enjoy.
The classes will run every month through Dec. All classes can be pre-registered via email, by calling the fish market, or stopping in and signing the registration sheet. When registering please specify which class date you are interested in. Deposit of $20.00 is required to reserve a spot and remaining balance due at the end of class. There is a firm one (1) week cancellation policy for all classes; i.e. no-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged in full. Our classes are limited to 20 students and fill quickly.

The USDA has approved Pacific NW Best Fish Co. to participate in SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program).
According to the USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service, “America’s health depends on good nutrition. However, many low-income households still need help to have a healthy diet. Each month millions of low-income Americans-more than half of them children - get that help through the Federal Food Stamp Program. Under the Program, State and local social services agencies give monthly food stamp benefits to households that qualify. These food stamp benefits – in the form of Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) debit cards – can be used to buy food at authorized retail food stores.”
